The Energy Lab

  • Strength Training at The Energy Lab: At The Energy Lab, we know strength training is so much more than lifting weights. Along with the physical benefits you will get (increase bone density, increase metabolism, develop better body mechanics, fight off chronic diseases), strength training helps build a better version of YOU. We aren’t saying it will be easy - but we are saying that it will be WORTH IT. We know sometimes lifting weights can be intimidating: How much should I lift? Am I doing it correctly? Everyone seems to know what they are doing but me. The Energy Lab’s Strength Training is designed to teach proper technique to keep you safe, strategic lifts to make the most out of your time, and a community that holds you accountable so that you can obtain your goals! Challenging for all fitness levels, our May Strength Training program is just what you need before summer hits. April 30 to May 30 Mondays and Wednesdays 5-5:45AM and 5:45-6:30AM. Sign up
