After 12 years as Chief Financial Officer and other side hobbies, Marlisa realized that she wanted more of a creative outlet and desired to be more invested in the community on a personal level. Naturally, Rok-N-Fondue was the next fun, frontier that was outside the realm of corporate influence and allowed her to have total autonomy.

"I was insane at the time I decided to open a business…..period!!!!" Martha laughs, "Don't get me wrong, it has its wonderful sides, but boy is it hard work.

My business sense has improved over time, but it’s still a genuine heart for children and families that drives the practice.

The best part of my business is that many repeat clients have gone beyond business into a friendship. Being a Christian, is more than just a name on my business, it reflects in all my decisions, actions and values.

Despite many 14-hour days, their experience so far has been tremendously rewarding. They have been fortunate to make new friends, to work with great people, and to interact with true professionals throughout.

Mrs. Stein’s vision of the gym was the OPPOSITE of the typical “hard-nosed, super-strict, no-nonsense, no-fun” academy. Her vision was, and has continued to hold true today of, “helping kids of all ages and all levels to grow, develop, lay a foundation of healthy habits, and most importantly… HAVE FUN”!

Vara has made subtle changes to International Day Spa, but the core values remain the same. With an excellent staff, she is able to provide the uncompromisingly finest in skin and body care.
