Playworks Redlands Center for Development and Learning

Child Therapy & Developmental Intervention Last updated

Kelli Wilms, owner of Playworks Redlands Center for Development and Learning, Inc., "began in a tiny rented office in downtown Redlands the day I received my speech pathology license in 1996. I had two young clients with autism, a couple bags of toys, and more heart than business sense. I continued working at Children’ Hospital Los Angeles for a few years to pay my bills and learn from more experienced colleagues. Fast forward and it will be 20 years in September since I started the practice. I direct a team of talented professionals in speech pathology, occupational therapy, and developmental intervention. We are in a free-standing commercial building off State Street that we are on the verge of outgrowing. My business sense has improved over time, but it’s still a genuine heart for children and families that drives the practice."

When Kelli isn't whispering toddlers… she loves tropical vacations involving sailboats and snorkeling; snuggling friends’ babies; planning remodeling projects; concerts (love the Hollywood Bowl), and entertaining at home.
