Put on your walking shoes for the Redlands Signature Drinks Tour, where you can hit the hot bars in Redlands and taste their signature cocktails. These offerings are diverse, so there’s something for everybody.
Note: For the purpose of this story, each bar knew I was visiting and why. They did not charge for the drinks, which I took only a few sips and a photo of — except at Citrone, where I finished my drinks and got a ride home.

The Redlands Snapper

This craft cocktail, made with celery gin, celery bitters, fresh lemon juice and Preservation bloody mary mix comes with a celery-salt rim and jalapeno stuffed onions. And it’s $2 off during happy hour and all day on weekends. This’ll wake you up!
Rok n Fondue
Basil Bond

Vodka, gin, fresh basil, cucumber, lime juice and simple syrup make a refreshing martini for a hot Redlands night.

The Perfect Pear

This tastes like Christmas in a glass. It’s pear liqueur, vodka, sweet vermouth, lemon and simple syrup with brûléed green apples.

Bourbon Berry Sour

This is the perfect balance of tart and bourbon, and it’s not too sweet. It’s got blackberries, bourbon, lemon juice and brown sugar.

Jalapeño Mango Martini

Get ready for some heat. This martini includes fresh jalapeños, lime juice, sugar, 1800 silver tequila, orange agave nectar liqueur and mango juice.

Brown Derby

With agave nectar, Woodford Reserve Whiskey and grapefruit juice, this martini is simple and delicious. Everybody should know about this cocktail.

If you are a cosmo drinker, be prepared for a different kind of flavor. This drink is not sweet. It has vodka, lime, blood orange liqueur and pomegranate juice.
