If you want to grab something delicious and fast on your way to the Redlands Bowl Tuesday and Friday nights, check out these locally owned places.
The Bowl is at 25 Grant St. and all performances begin at 8 p.m. Free will donation.
Don’t forget at intermission to buy popcorn or ice cream from the stand in the back to benefit the Optimist Club!
This unconventional pizzeria is two blocks from the Bowl, so you can park for the night, grab your food and sally over to your seats on foot.
Recommended: The Redlands Bowl salad, of course, and the Butternut Ricotta Pizza

This Mexican food diner has plenty of parking in the back and is just a few blocks from the Bowl. You can get in and out lickety split.
Recommended: Carne Asada Tacos and Chicken Tacos
Abelino’s is at 652 E Redlands Boulevard, open until 10 p.m. Tuesdays and Fridays until 11 p.m.
Many of the Indian food items are ready-made. You can point at what you want, pay and be on your way.
Recommended: Chicken Tikka Masala and Assorted Vegetable Pakoras
Naan Cafe is at 700 E Redlands Boulevard, open until 9 p.m. Bowl nights
Greek and Lebanese food is handy to grab on your way if you’re coming from the north.
Recommended: Chicken Shawarma and Beef Shish Kebab
Phoenicia is at 572 Orange St., open until 9 p.m. Bowl nights
This is remote to the Bowl neighborhood, but if you’re coming from out of town to the east, it’s convenient because it’s right off the freeway and there’s a drive-through.
Recommended: Country Fried Steak Sandwich and Fried Zucchini with housemade ranch dressing. Popular on the menu is the pastrami sandwich.
Nick’s Burgers is at 1626 W Redlands Boulevard, open until 10 p.m. Bowl nights
This is a build-your-own sandwich shop right downtown. It’s sure to please everyone in your party, and you don’t need forks.
Recommended: The Philly Cheese Steak, or any meat on the toasted foccacia bread with alfalfa sprouts added.
Hogi Yogi is at 501 E Citrus Ave., open until 8 p.m. Bowl nights
This American diner has to-go comfort food.
Recommended: Their Burgers and grilled cheese are fantasitc, and their salads will surprise you.
Burgertown USA is at 222 E Redlands Boulevard, open until 10 p.m. Bowl nights
The housemade tortillas are legendary.
Recommended: Meat, Rice and Cheese Burrito, and the Chili Colorado Burrito
El Burrito is at 1095 W Colton Ave., open until 10 p.m. Bowl nights
One of Redlands’ newest eateries has unconventional grilled cheese – you can even replace the bread with a doughnut. If you park at the Mall, you can cross the street to grab your picnic and you don’t have to re-park.
Recommended: How do I choose? Spinach Artichoke, Loaded Baked Potato, Buffalo Chicken, PBC&J - one of each please.
Cheesewalla is at 5 E Citrus Ave., open until 9 p.m. Tuesdays and midnight Fridays

Tuesdays are Taco Tuesdays. The deli in the back of the store has housemade tortillas and offers at least nine kinds of salsa every day.
Recommended: Carnitas Tacos and Chicken Tacos
Ranch Market is at 800 E Lugonia Ave., open until 10 p.m. on Bowl nights
