Ultimate Carpet Care, a family-owned business, opened in 2007, but Ramez Kiriakos has been cleaning carpets for more than 25 years. Wife Christina, who has a degree in Business Management, is the Financial Manager and secretary. This family business has allowed Christina the flexibility to be home to raise their three children, which is especially helpful during the recent distance learning. The children are still young, but they find ways to participate in the family business and help out however they can.
Ultimate Carpet Care works with both residential and business clients that are scheduled annually, quarterly, or simply by appointment.
Ultimate Carpet Care provides deep carpet cleaning and repairs (for example, if pets have scratched areas of carpet, or carpet needs to be stretched, etc.), upholstery cleaning, plus tile and grout cleaning. They use ultra-high pressure steam cleaning truck-mounted equipment, which also sanitizes carpet, tile, and upholstery. In addition, they offer special cleaning, disinfecting, and sanitizing for areas heavily soiled by pets, or heavy traffic and spill zones.
Since Redlands has warm weather most of the year, people keep doors and windows open, so dust from wind and ash from recent fires accumulate. The Kiriakoses recommend vacuuming every other day and having carpet and flooring professionally cleaned twice a year – more frequently if residents suffer from allergies. The cleaner the flooring is prior to your deep cleaning, the longer Ultimate Carpet Care's effects last (and the healthier it is for you).
