Spring Equinox Sound Bath

Join us for a serene experience as we celebrate Ostara, the ancient celebration of transitioning from dark to light. Tickets go on sale Friday, March 7th at 9:00am $10 tickets ($12.51 with service fee) WHAT IS A SOUND BATH? A sound bath is a full-body meditative experience where participants often lie down and listen to the sounds and vibrations produced by different instruments. These sounds and vibrations "bathe" participants, encouraging a meditative and relaxed physical and mental state. Singing bowls, drums, gongs, tuning forks, chimes, rattles, and other instruments may be used. Now imagine doing it surrounded by books. :) WHAT SHOULD I BRING WITH ME TO THE EVENT? Yoga mat (something to lay down on) Blanket (something to cover up with) Eye mask (if you'd like it dark) Water (for after) WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE? 15 minutes prior to the start of the sound bath is perfect. It gives you time to get comfortably set up, use the facilities if needed, and settle in. We begin promptly at 7:00pm. CAN I CANCEL MY RESERVATION? Yes. We request that you cancel 72 hours before the event so that we may offer your spot to the next person on the waiting list. Cancellations less than 72 hours prior to the event will be NON-refundable. CAN I BRING MY CHILD/CHILDREN WITH ME? This event is for adults only. Thank you for your understanding.
