Do you feel stuck in life? Have you been trying to reach your goals but can’t seem to get there? You could have trapped energy that needs releasing. Let’s move it! In this Mindful Movement workshop, we will explore energy and how it can hold us back but also propel us forward, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. As always, no prior dance experience is needed to attend this workshop. Just an open heart and a desire for creativity in your life. What is Mindful Movement? Give your mind a break and let your body do the talking. Mindful Movement invites clients to take time to honor their thoughts and feelings through expressive movement.

You do not need any prior dance experience or training to attend this group. Mindful Movement explores our own authentic movement styles and encourages you to tap into your creative voice. In this group, you will learn guided exercises that help mobilize your natural energy source, increase positive experiences in the body, and improve your self-esteem.
