4 Can’t Miss Redlands Burger Destinations
Septembers Taproom & Eatery: Big Flavor, Big Patio, and Big Game Day Energy
Hosts: Greg & Anthony
Established in 2014, September's taproom and eatery has grown into a Southern California favorite with five locations, each putting its own twist on food, drinks, and entertainment. The Redlands location features the biggest patio and is an ideal space for private parties, events, and watching your favorite sports all year round. The expansive patio is complete with misting fans for those hot SoCal afternoons.
September's also has a custom water feature and fireplace outside to set the ultimate atmosphere. The restaurant can also host private events and cater for groups of 50 or more people. Holiday party reservations start in October and November, so plan if you want to lock in the space. Their space and menu truly have something for everyone.
The menu is simple, but satisfying with 5 burger options, all customizable for your preference, including vegetarian and gluten-free options. Their namesake — the September's Burger — steals the show with a hearty combination of bacon, Swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato, and onion, all topped with a fried egg. This burger had it all!
If you prefer a little pep in your step, we also tried the Hot and Spicy Burger, which is topped with a habanero jack cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, chipotle mayo, and their special bacon spread. This Burger was a little too spicy for Ian, but I loved every spicy bite.
For Dodger fans, September’s is running a deal all season long called the Dodgers Triple Play Special. This meal comes with 2 juicy sliders, savory bang bang chicken strips, and fully loaded potato skins. You can pair this home run with a Dodgerita (a classic margarita with blue curacao in a souvenir September’s cup) or a Dodger Flocking Blonde (a traditional American-style blonde ale, showcasing citrus and floral aromas).
For all of you sports fans, you’ll never miss a game with at least 20 TVs both inside and outside at September’s. They host all of the baseball and football packages, and you can catch everything from the NHL, MLS, and local gaming events. Some locations even host Green Bay Packers watch parties for the SoCal Packer Backers. Entertainment goes beyond the games with live music and trivia nights.
With 8–14 rotating taps (check the Untappd app for live updates), seasonal cocktails, and the ability to turn any margarita into a slushy with fun flavor variations, September's caters to every taste. Summer brings a “Flavors of the Season” drink menu, and happy hour deals keep the good vibes flowing.
September's Taproom and Eatery is more than a Redlands burger joint; it’s a community hub for food lovers, sports fans, and anyone looking for a place to kick back with some good company.

Batter Rebellion: Burgers, Brews, and a Rebel Spirit in Redlands
Host: Jenn
Located downtown, Batter Rebellion is the place where bold flavors, craft drinks, and a little bit of attitude come together. Since opening five years ago (with the milestone anniversary this June), this spot has earned a loyal following for its inventive burgers, house-made condiments, and lively event calendar that keeps the energy high all week long.
From paint and sips to trivia nights and even kids eating free on Wednesdays, Batter Rebellion is always cooking up something fun and exciting, and their menu pairs with the vibes perfectly. The burgers here are unapologetically over the top, each with a unique twist of its own. First on the menu, we tried the Black Sheep Burger, which is a local favorite. This 6 oz. Angus beef patty is layered with bacon jam, Monterey Jack cheese, a house-made onion ring, rebel sauce, and held together with a charcoal-infused brioche bun. It was also served with crispy waffle fries. It’s indulgence on a plate.
Next was the Chill-Out Burger that packs the heat. This all-beef patty had pepperjack cheese, roasted green chili, garlic aioli, and fried shallots on a black sesame bun for an extra rebellious pop.
For “dessert”, we had the Glazed Over Burger that meshes both sweet and savory flavors flawlessly. This burger had bacon, a sunny-side-up egg, mild cheddar, whole-grain mustard, and rebel sauce all in a glazed brioche bun. Yes, we said that right. A glazed bun!
Beer lovers have plenty to toast here as well. Batter Rebellion serves its house blonde and an IPA brewed by Bay City Brewery. Alongside a rotating tap list, they have unique sharable drinks on their menu for you and your friends to enjoy, as well as flights! You can order a mimosa or margarita flight if beer isn’t your go-to. Batter Rebellion has a Happy Hour that runs Tuesday-Friday from 3-5 pm and late-night Friday and Saturday from 8-10 pm with discounts on draft beer, cocktails, wine, seltzers, and popular appetizers.
Whether you’re tackling the decadent Black Sheep Burger, sipping a flight of margaritas, or belting out your favorite song on karaoke night, Batter Rebellion captures the fun side of dining out. It’s a place where the food has personality, the events bring people together, and the vibe invites you to stay just a little longer.

Georgie Burger: Smash Burgers That Bring the Heat and The Heart
Host: Dylan
Georgie Burger is a local favorite pop-up story that started in 2020 when a couple started serving up simple smash burgers for their friends and family in their backyard. Now you can catch these familiar flavors every Thursday night at the original Escape Craft Brewery.
From 5 - 9:15 pm (or until the brewery closes), the griddle works overtime, turning out a small but flavorful menu that’s made to order and often sells out fast. Georgie Burger is a community-driven smash burger pop-up that’s as much about the people as it is about the patties.
We were lucky enough to try just about the entire menu. We started with the Classic Single Smash Burger, the purest form of a smash burger. The crispy ends of the patty, the melty cheese, and the grilled onions are all you need. The next all-American classic was the Diner Burger. This burger had everything the Single smash burger had and then some. Topped with shredded lettuce or (shreduce as Ian calls it) tomato, and is a Georgie twist on a fan favorite.
Aside from the cult classics, Georgie Burger’s menu has some fun additions that also bring the flavor. Next up was The Chopped Cheese. This nod to a New York bodega-style staple. This sandwich consists of chopped ground beef, chopped onions, and melty American cheese served on a hoagie roll. Although it didn’t come between two buns, this was a great addition to the already stacked burger roster.
Last but certainly not least was The Longanzia Burger. This sausage turned burger patty packed a powerful punch of flavor and heat. This spicy sausage patty was topped with pepper jack cheese, ghost pepper cheese, and jalapeno kettle chips. This standout burger is new on the menu, and it was a nice spicy twist of texture.
All of these burgers are available with a vegetarian patty as well. Also on the menu is a puppy patty for your four-legged friends.
Georgie Burger can only be found on Thursday nights currently, but they are available to do any catering job, big or small. One of their first pop-ups was a friend's art show that they served 200 people at! They are available to private parties and catering with a little heads up. Dylan and his wife, Georgie, juggle their careers, being parents, and grilling up the best smash burgers in town.
It’s the little things like putting chips on a sandwich or serving up a burger just the way you want it that make Georgie Burger stand out. The feeling is relaxed, the food is memorable, and the goal is simple: feed people, bring them together, and make every burger worth the wait. If you’re at Escape Brewery on a Thursday, come hungry and come early. Georgie Burger’s limited-menu, made-to-order approach means you might just discover your new favorite burger if you beat the sell-out crowd.

The Industry formerly Kluddes: Elevated Food in a Fresh New Space
Host: Luke
After a recent renovation that gave the place a polished new look, Kluddes in downtown is ready to welcome the crowd with a menu that’s simple, focused, and packed with quality. The owners want to stick to what they do best, crafting food and drinks that balance premium ingredients with bold flavor. Kluddes has a Happy Hour that runs daily from 4:00–6:00 pm, with deals like $9 for two sliders. The kitchen keeps things lively with daily specials, weekly events like open mic nights, trivia, and sporting events. The menu is designed to pair perfectly with their beer selection, making it a spot that works equally well for a casual dinner or a night out.
We dined outside in their newly revamped patio area. First on our list was the classic House Burger. This was an 8oz. Wagyu beef patty topped with cheddar cheese, thick-cut bacon, romaine, tomato, grilled onions, and garlic aioli. This was a huge burger with even bigger flavor. They also paired this burger with their crispy sweet potato fries drizzled in honey.
Next, we tried the shareable Cali Sliders. The wagyu beef sliders were topped with pepper jack cheese, arugula, garlic aioli, and pickled red onions. They were also accompanied by their garlic fries, which were so good! These sliders were perfect for sharing or pairing with a pint.
You can order any of their burgers on the menu, lettuce wrapped or wrapped in a tortilla!
Kluddes doesn’t overcomplicate things; the focus is on execution. Luke’s favorite thing on the menu is still the house burger he helped create, and it shows in the attention to detail. A wagyu patty cooked just right, toppings balanced for flavor and texture, and sides that match the quality of the main event.
With its refreshed space, solid lineup of burgers and so much more, plus a calendar full of reasons to stop by, Kluddes is more than worth a visit. Whether you’re settling in for a full meal or swinging by for happy hour sliders, this is a spot that delivers without the fuss.
