Plastic waste has been found in almost every ecosystem on the planet and microplastics have even been detected in our bodies. Dr. George Christison, Professor of Psychiatry in the School of Medicine at Loma Linda University, will present the latest information on the health impacts of plastics. ANCA Volunteer, Ron Running, will present the magnitude of the plastics disposal problem and what each of us can do to reduce our use of plastics. This event is free!
