Learn about why disasters are happening more often, what is likely to come next, and how you and your neighborhood can prepare together. Professor Hillary Jenkins of the University of Redlands Environmental Science department will share the science of what is fueling disasters and what types of disasters are most likely to affect us in the Inland Empire as we look ahead to a much warmer world. Participants will take a fun, interactive look at their own neighborhoods and learn how ANCA’s new Map Your Neighborhood program could help you prepare for future disasters, while building community!
