Hoy Construction landscaped my entire front yard. The entire process went very smoothly from beginning to end: site visits, phone calls, emails etc. – all professionally handled. They improved upon my initial ideas and we ended up with a much better plan. It looks great, is low maintenance, and is water-conscious. It is unusual to find a full-service landscaping business that is knowledgeable, reasonable, and able to communicate ideas at a professional level. I am very satisfied with the quality of their work and their attention to detail. I highly recommend Hoy Construction.
The experience was refreshing to have a knowledgeable, accountable, fair contractor to completely cure the landscaping irrigation issues that had developed. We estimate a $70 savings a month on water and I intend to use Hoy for all of our properties.
Hoy Construction completely re-graded a challenging front yard and designed and installed a great look that was water-conscious. They also replaced a steeply inclined driveway with quality flatwork and built a stylish retaining wall. The brick work on our porch was superb. Hoy Construction was always responsive to our change-orders and were highly motivated to make sure we were happy with the work. Great job!

Hoys crews of Constrction & Maintenance and their Tree Trimming Associate have recently completed the initial landscape plan at 442 Marilyn Lane in Redlands. This property\ has been in the preparation stage since 2000.
Bare yards and congested chain link fences have been replaced by another contractor, but landscaping & irrigation were Hoys task.
They recommended a tree trimming independent Contractor to top and remove large Eucs., ash and oak trees to enhance solar electric power generation from the arrays installed by Akeena Solar on the south and west facing roof top.
Weekly mowing for sod maintenance and programmed irrigation to efficiently water all the plants has contributed to the timely flowering of plants.
Several incidents of failed irrigation hose connections or weaken spot blow- outs have been rapidly repaired. They are analyzing the possible causes to find a permanent solution. Inadvertant bruising or expired rubber shelf life are my candidates for these mishaps.
We highly recommend Hoys.
There are very few landscape and yard companies these days that have an entirely English speaking staff. In addition, they are family owned and are one-on-one with the customer. These two aspects were really important to us.
