From the decor, food and cocktails Batter Rebellion aims to give Redlands something different while still having something for everyone. Grab a “Rocktail” and sit at our street facing bar that features huge roll up windows where inside and outside dining meet. Family meals, date nights and friend hangouts are all welcomed here for the adventurous eaters or plain Janes. Vegan options available.
BRUNCH! Every Saturday and Sunday brunch features a live DJ, special brunch only menu and huge shareable cocktails that will be all over your Instagram feed!
Once a month we will also have an over the top THEMED brunch that you do not want to miss.
Married partners, Steven and Jennifer Kramer have grown up in the Redlands area and knew downtown is where they wanted to open their business. “Batter Rebellion has been a labor of love ..and also blood, sweat and many tears! Lots of tears lol. Who opens a restaurant in the middle of a pandemic? We do! Haha. The reception Redlands has given us has been so warm and welcoming and we hope to be a mainstay in this awesome town.
