As we all know, the city of Redlands has so much to offer—especially when it comes to finding the right Redlands spa experience. From charming downtown streets and vibrant local businesses to a community that values health, beauty, and intentional living, Redlands continues to raise the bar for modern wellness. Today, self-care is no longer just about quick fixes or surface-level treatments—it’s a proactive investment in how you look, feel, and function. And the best part? There’s no shortage of Redlands spas designed to meet you exactly where you are.

In this first installment of our Redlands Wellness & Self-Care series, we explore standout Redlands spa locations that are redefining what it means to truly take care of yourself. From holistic, detoxifying facials and glow-driven skin bars to natural aesthetics and advanced treatments that blend science with artistry, these spaces offer more than just relaxation—they deliver results. What we found is simple: when you choose the right Redlands spa, wellness and self-care naturally go hand in hand.

5 Can’t Miss Redlands Spa Destinations

International Day Spa truly lives up to its name, offering a wide range of treatments focused on full-body wellness and relaxation. In addition to facials and body scrubs, they provide therapeutic massages like Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, and reflexology. Their hydrotherapy experiences—like the signature Vichy shower and private soaking tubs—add another layer of relaxation. You’ll also find body wraps, aromatherapy, and customized skincare treatments designed around your specific needs. Enhancements like essential oils and mineral-rich Dead Sea salts make each service feel personalized and elevated. Whether you’re looking to refresh your skin, recover your body, or simply unwind, every treatment is designed to help you relax, restore, and rebalance.

Ian had a scheduling conflict (his loss), so I stepped in—and I’m glad I did. I experienced both a customized facial and their Aromatherapy Body Buffing treatment, and the entire visit felt intentional and well thought out from start to finish. My facial was tailored to my skin, including red light therapy for overall skin health and anti-aging, and ended with a calming neck massage that completely melted the stress away.

Before my treatments even began, I spent time in their quiet room with tea and a warm foot soak. It immediately slowed everything down and set a peaceful tone for the rest of the experience.

The body scrub left my skin feeling incredibly soft, but the highlight was the Vichy shower. Five streams of warm water flow over your body, creating a calming, almost meditative experience. It reminded me of bath houses I’ve visited before—but more private and immersive. It felt like a full-body reset.

They also offer a one-person hydrotherapy tub designed for a more focused experience. With warm water, massaging jets, and gentle pressure, it helps relieve tension, improve circulation, and fully relax the body. Paired with essential oils and Dead Sea salts, every detail is designed to calm both body and mind.

What stood out most is their belief that wellness shouldn’t be rushed. Real results come from slowing down and creating meaningful, consistent self-care. In a fast-paced world, International Day Spa is a place where you can truly pause, reset, and leave feeling refreshed.

This next stop looked a little different from a traditional spa—but it ended up being one of the most impactful parts of our entire wellness journey. Beauty Enhanced Aesthetics, led by Francesca Yarnall, truly lives out the idea of beauty from within, and we’re so grateful we experienced it.

Francesca is the driving force behind the clinic, known for her compassionate care and natural, refined results. With a background in primary and acute care, she brings a strong medical foundation into the aesthetics and wellness space. Her approach blends clinical expertise with a whole-body philosophy, focusing not just on how clients look, but how they feel. Services range from injectables and regenerative treatments to hormone optimization, IV therapy, and weight management—all rooted in balance, education, and helping clients feel confident in their own skin.

While they offer familiar treatments like Botox and fillers, what stood out most was their deeper, more intentional approach to wellness. Ian and I both completed a full hormone and wellness blood panel, and it completely changed how we think about our health. This wasn’t a quick, in-and-out visit. Francesca took the time to ask thoughtful questions about our lifestyle, stress levels, and overall well-being—even diving into personal factors that impact how we feel day to day.

She explained hormone therapy and fertility in a way that felt calm, clear, and empowering—never overwhelming. She walked us through our results with care, turning something that can feel confusing into something completely manageable. And the accessibility made a huge difference. Instead of waiting on appointments, insurance approvals, or delayed answers, we felt supported and guided in real time.

Once our results came in, she created a fully personalized plan for each of us—and for us as a couple—focused on helping us truly thrive. It wasn’t just about improving numbers on a chart, but building a lifestyle that supports long-term health. She also provided a custom supplement plan through Fullscript to support our progress from the inside out.

I’ve been following the program and have already noticed a real difference in my energy, my skin, and my overall hormone health. It’s one of those experiences where you don’t just hope it’s working—you can actually feel and see the results.

We’re already planning to go back in a few months to re-test and track our progress, which makes the entire process feel even more motivating and empowering.

If you’re looking for a nail experience that feels elevated, intentional, and a little addictive, Gloss Nail Club is it. This was a refreshing change from the traditional nail salon—slower, more detailed, and focused on the health of your nails, not just the final look (which, by the way, is still beautiful).

From the moment you walk in, the space feels clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed—just like the nails they create. You’re welcomed with quality lotions, fun drinks, and an environment that makes you want to settle in and stay awhile. While appointments take a bit longer than usual, it never feels like a chore. It’s the perfect time to catch up on work, relax with a movie, or even get fully invested in Love Island. This isn’t a quick stop—it’s an experience that encourages you to slow down and enjoy the process.

At the core of their approach is the dry manicure and pedicure (also known as a Russian manicure), a technique focused on detailed cuticle work that leaves your nails looking clean, polished, and refined. Paired with a long-lasting hard gel, the results are both beautiful and practical—lasting up to a month while supporting the health of your natural nails.

I’ve had a Russian manicure before, and experiencing it here was such a treat. It truly feels like an investment—not just in how your nails look, but in their long-term health. The precision, attention to detail, and lasting results set it apart from a traditional manicure. You leave with that fresh, glossy finish that actually holds up.

What stands out most is their commitment to education and nail integrity. The team prioritizes safe products and avoids harsher options like acrylics or dip powder. Instead, they focus on strengthening and maintaining your natural nails over time. It’s a thoughtful, long-term approach that aligns perfectly with true self-care.

Gloss Nail Club offers a fresh, elevated take on nail care—where beauty meets intention, and your nails are treated as part of your overall wellness.

And the best part? They’re just getting started. Gloss Nail Club will be moving into their own storefront in Spring 2026, and if their current space is any indication, what’s coming next is going to be something really special.

For a different kind of self-care—one that invites you to slow down, go inward, and truly reset—Luna Healing Wellness Studio offers something uniquely powerful. Originally founded in downtown La Verne in 2020 and now rooted in Redlands as of late 2024, the space feels like a quiet sanctuary designed to support your nervous system, your energy, and your overall sense of balance.

We had the chance to experience a private sound bath guided by Brenda, and it was one of the most peaceful, grounding moments of this entire series. From the start, you could feel your body begin to soften. The sound vibrations are hard to explain, but deeply felt. It wasn’t just relaxing—it was restorative. And to fully prove the point… Ian was so relaxed, he actually fell asleep (snoring and all).

Luna specializes in sound baths, reiki healing, and energy-based wellness, creating experiences that are both intentional and deeply calming. Weekly sound baths are held Wednesday and Thursday evenings from 7:00–8:00 PM for a midweek reset, along with weekend sessions at 10:00 AM to ease into your day. They also offer private and corporate sessions, working with groups like first responders and mental health professionals—creating space for those who care for others to receive care themselves.

Reiki sessions are offered in a more intimate, one-on-one setting, focused on personalized healing. As Luna describes it, she acts as a channel—“like an antenna”—guiding energy where it’s needed most. Each session is approached with care and intention, including time beforehand to align with each client’s energy. Virtual sessions are also available, making this type of healing more accessible.

They also offer aura photography, a unique experience that captures your energetic field and provides insight into your emotional and spiritual state. It’s a beautiful blend of curiosity, self-awareness, and reflection—and something I can’t wait to come back and do with friends.

What stood out most is Luna’s mission: to be a true resource for the community. A place where you can reset, slow down, and reconnect with yourself in a meaningful way. Nothing feels rushed or transactional—everything is intentional.

After your session, you can browse their small shop, extending the experience and bringing a sense of calm home with you.

In a city full of wellness options, Luna Healing Wellness Studio offers something softer, quieter, and deeply needed—a reminder that self-care doesn’t always mean doing more. Sometimes, it simply means allowing yourself to pause.

Last but definitely not least—Skin by Samie, run by my friend and go-to skin expert, Samie, who I’ve been seeing for about nine years. Watching her grow her business and serve the Redlands community has been so special, and there’s a reason her clients stay with her for years (myself included).

Samie offers a wide range of professional, results-driven services, including customized facials, chemical peels, acne-focused treatments, sonic dermaplaning, and face and body waxing. What truly sets her apart, though, is what happens beyond the treatment. She takes the time to educate her clients, build personalized skincare routines, and provide ongoing guidance—so you actually understand your skin, not just treat it. You can book directly through her website, and she regularly shares helpful tips and behind-the-scenes content on Instagram.

Her passion started in the makeup industry in Los Angeles, where she saw how many people felt they needed makeup or hair removal to feel confident. That experience shaped her mission: to help clients reach a place where those things become a choice, not a necessity—where confidence comes from truly feeling good in your own skin.

She opened Skin by Samie in Downtown Redlands in 2017 and has spent the last nine years helping hundreds of clients at every stage of their skincare journey—from beginners to those who feel like they’ve tried everything.

In her facial suite, her most popular services include customized facials, chemical peels, and acne treatments designed to deliver real, visible results while supporting long-term skin health. In her waxing suite, she specializes in Brazilian and bikini waxing, using professional-grade hard wax and over a decade of experience to make the process as quick and comfortable as possible—even for first-timers.

During this visit, I kept it simple with an eyebrow wax and touch-up—and of course, she nailed it. It’s one of those small services that makes a big difference, and with Samie, you know you’re in the best hands.

What I love most—and what so many of her clients say—is how comfortable she makes you feel. It’s never clinical or intimidating. It feels like sitting down with someone who genuinely cares about you, your skin, and your confidence.

Her space is welcoming, judgment-free, and rooted in education and empowerment. Whether you’re just starting your skincare journey or looking for real solutions, Samie meets you where you are and helps you move forward with clarity and confidence.
