Barre at CDR
The Barre at CDR is a fun, energetic, workout that fuses techniques from Dance, Pilates, and functional fitness that will tone, define and chisel the whole body. It's the perfect combination of strength and flexibility with an added cardiovascular element utilizing the barre with fun, upbeat music. In just 55 minutes you will achieve a whole body workout concentrating on the areas women struggle with the most. We use low-impact, weight bearing exercises that are extremely efficient movements for muscle strength and toning. Each strength section of the workout is followed by a stretching section in order to create long, lean muscles without bulk. No dance experience needed, all ages and abilities welcome.
Barre Athletics is where Ballet meets Pilates. Focus on feeling the burn in Booty Ballet as we work the thighs, booty and abs. Another class is Dance Burn. This is a crazy cardio and arms sculpting class.
