My Gym Redlands offers kids birthday parties, Mommy and Me, gymnastics camps and other fantastic fun filled programs for ages 6 weeks – 12 years.

The Energy Lab is not your ordinary gym. Redlands Gymnastics Club's mission is to create a high-quality, safe and enjoyable environment where all children, regardless of athletic ability, will have the opportunity to build confidence and overall fitness through gymnastics.

We offer recreational and competitive gymnastics for children ages 18 months through 18 years old. You can find the current class schedule online.
We also offer fun field trips and awesome birthday parties.
