Our Strength Training Workshop is a Monthly Program held in a small group setting. We will be lifting heavy weights, increasing muscle density and size, hitting PR’s, and feeling strong. Consistently lifting heavy weights increases your metabolism, bone density, muscle strength, and confidence! With The Energy Lab's Strength Training Workshop, you’ll get the individualized attention of one on one training, with the accountability and cost of a small group class. Each strength training block you’ll learn a new compound lift and spend the month learning proper form, increasing weight/reps and also work on accessory exercises.
