From our primary location on Barton Road at the Redlands-Loma Linda border, we deliver comprehensive, modern care for patients recovering from injuries and living with chronic pain. Led by Dr. Travis Martin, a physician trained in Emergency Medicine and Interventional Pain Medicine, our practice brings a broad perspective to complex pain and injury care. We go beyond simply masking symptoms. We work to understand what is driving the pain, improve function, stabilize difficult conditions, and build a treatment plan that supports lasting quality of life with a unique approach tailored to each patient. 

Our approach combines interventional techniques, medication management, rehabilitation-focused care, and regenerative therapies for treatment. One such therapy, platelet-rich plasma (PRP) therapy, offers convenient in-office treatment to regenerative damaged areas from injuries. PRP can support the body’s natural healing response and plays an important role in recovery after injury. We also offer ketamine therapy!

Prestige accepts many commercial insurance plans, Medicare, and Medi-Cal. We also offer in-person and telehealth appointments across our locations.
