Scott installed two screen doors for me and he did a wonderful job. He set a time with me and was here at that time and worked steadily until he got the job done. It was quite nice to find someone that knows what he is doing and does it right the first time. I am grateful to have found a great handyman and will have many jobs for him in the near future. His price for the job was very reasonable. I am very pleased and satisfied with his work.

Scott has completed several projects for us that run the gamut from baseboards to crown moulding to drywall repair. Everything is done on time, and he maintains a very clean workspace. You really can't ask for anything more. We recently helped us out with a major AC project in August when the temps were scorching hot - it was truly appreciated.

We have had Scott do work for us several times; and each time, we have been totally pleased. His work has included tiling a bathroom floor and counter. The result was beautiful. He has installed a laundry sink with plumbing...also, an awesome job. The last job he did for us was to remove a mantle and relocate it
to another fireplace, as well as adding a new mantle to the other fireplace. Scott's workmanship and work ethic is impeccable. He is a pleasure to have around; he does not dally but works straight through. He is honest, reliable, very fair in his costs and does a great job cleaning up his work site. We highly recommend him!!!

I asked Scott to do some work that my home owners association told me needed to be done. He got the job done on time and did a great job! I was not able to be at home at the time and it was great to trust someone to be at my home alone. I will be asking Scott to do more work in the future.

Scott is professional, pays attention to detail, and his work is amazing! He rebuilt my new back porch, gate, and replaced the fascia board around my house, then replaced the rain gutters and painted the works! Super job! Highly recommended! Wanted to say we hired Scott Sames, the handyman, based on reviews posted on About Redlands. He installed a doggie door through a wall for us so our pups could have direct access to the side yard. In any modern house, this would be pretty simple. In a 110 year old house, it's a little more tricky. Scott made quick work of the job. His workmanship was excellent and he employed techniques to minimize plaster dust as he cut through the wall. He fee was reasonable and he will be the first person we call for our next job.

I some how found Scott through his Facebook page but did not contact him right off. I bought a mobile home in Yucaipa that had a 65' long deck that needed desperate repair. My intent was to rebuild it myself but realized it was too much for my bad back. After his latest job of which looked great, I decided to contact him. I am so very glad I did. He came out and gave me an estimate. I agreed and in one day, stripped the entire deck by himself. Then the following 2 weeks with a partner on some of the days, he came out faithfully and worked like a horse. His attitude and work ethic is awesome. He completed the work on time and did a fantastic job. My only frustration was I did not find him sooner. Great job Scott and thank you so very much for all you did.

I had been needing to get my patio awning replaced for some time, when I cam across a post on Facebook about Scott. I took it as a sign that he was the right one for the job and I'm glad I did. Scott upgraded my tired looking screened in back yard patio. He did a quality job laying ceramic tile over the cracked, uneven cement floor. He also added some framing for the screens and installed bead board paneling around the interior. I get LOTS of compliments from my friends and my patio is now the "go to" place for summer BBQs. Scott is my "go to guy" for all my maintenance needs. Honest, dependable, trustworthy, and a man of his word.

Scott did a small job for someone from Chicago this week. A Chicago company had sold a desk/treadmill (I know odd!) to a client in Redlands. Through a communication error, the purchaser thought the seller was going to have someone come put it together. The seller in Chicago got Scott's name off your site and called to see if he could help this older client. Scott was able to help, and give the client a senior discount. Both parties are happy.

Scott painted both or our bathrooms and no paint mess.
He also replaced our bathroom light fixtures.
He has moved a cupboard in our laundry room which was too low and by moving it we could put in our freezer.
