Youth Club Soccer Boys and Girls Divisions Competitive Level Play

My Gym has created an extraordinary program and facility devised to help children ages 6 weeks through 13 years develop physically, cognitively and emotionally.

American Youth Soccer Organization- 1800 players ages 4 1/2 through 19. Open registration, everybody plays, positive coaching, fair and fun!

Fitness Studio that offers Zumba classes for kids and adults. “Zumba© is a dance fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance in an effort to make exercise fun. Zumba© instructions are based on Cumbia, Salsa, Merengue, Mambo, Flamenco, Chachacha, Reggaeton, Samba, Belly dancing, Bhangra, Hip hop music, Axé music and Tango.

The Energy Lab is not your ordinary gym. We are a health and fitness studio, offering personal training, small group training, and innovative and integrative core fitness classes, including TRX suspension trainer, Pilates, CycleOps Cycling classes, FitCore, HoopCore - hula hooping, and Foam Roller Restoration and Rejuvenation classes. We specialize in functional core fitness training and wellness from the inside out! We offer Bootcamp Events, Cooking Classes, Kids Classes, parties, meditation and relaxation. We train for longevity and healthy living!

We offer recreational and competitive gymnastics for children ages 18 months through 18 years old. We also offer fun field tips and awesome Birthday Parties. We have a mobile TUMBLE BUS that goes to local schools and offers on site gymnastics. Come visit our 6800 sq ft air conditioned gym. The 1st class is always FREE!

EAA Young Eagles Flight. Open to all young people between the ages of 8 to 17. This is an opportunity to learn how to fly an airplane. Applicants will take two ground school classes, then our pilots will escort them to their airplanes and take them on a twenty minute flight. After the flight the young eagle will receive a certificate designating them an official Young Eagle, they will also receive a log book. The first ground school is at 8:30 am for a 9:00 am flight, the last school is at 11:00 for the last flight at 11:30 am.
