What You Will Find at Our Facility

CrossFit CDR is for EVERYONE! Whether you haven't worked out a day in your life or your are a collegiate athlete, we modify our workouts according to your fitness level and ability. Our members range from 5 years old to 75 years old with everything in between.

  • Barbells, bumper plates, pull-up bars, climbing ropes, medicine balls, jump ropes, gymnastics rings, box jumps, dumbbells, tires, GHDs, and many other thing to make working out fun.

  • Knowledgeable trainers that oversee every workout making sure your form is correct. We care about our clients and get joy out of seeing you succeed.

  • Fellow CrossFitter putting in the same effort as you, encouraging each other to go faster, and celebrating in your personal success and accomplishments.

  • Whiteboards- we teach, train, and document all progress on our whiteboards.

You will begin to love our boards, as it will become your motivational tool to do better.

  • WOD or Work out of the Day- you will find yourself nervous in anticipation of the WOD.

To add to the excitement level, workouts are a surprise until you arrive!

What You Will Not Find at Our Facility

  • Mirrors. We don't like to watch ourselves work out

  • Sales people - CrossFit sells itself.

  • Machines- we don't use them, we make them

  • Money hungry trainers who only answer questions if you purchase personal training sessions with them- every workout you get personalized training and all your questions answered.

  • Crowded facilities. Once our classes at capacity, no one else is admitted.

How Do I Get Started?

The best way to understand what CrossFit is, and what we have to offer at CrossFit CDR, is to come try out a group class workout for FREE!

The Family That WODs Together, Gets Great Results and Saves Money

We are excited to announce new rates for couples memberships! CDR has always been like a family and we have many families that have seen great results together. We’ve found that when our members join with someone they are close to, the extra support helps them meet their goals. But let me get even more specific… We can suggest a program that increases the likelihood of success.

  • 3 CDR WODS per week
  • Family support – join with your spouse, a partner, a parent or a child
  • Commitment to clean eating – take advantage of food coaching and challenges
  • Rest and Recovery – enjoy at least one active rest day each week, commit to improving your sleep, and do your mobility work

To demonstrate how strongly we believe in this formula, we are offering a 3x week membership for couples for $150/ per person – that is the 2x per week rate, saving you $50 every month on a couples membership! If this affects you, we will make the adjustment to your account to be effective September 1st, just check in with Tamera to make sure your account has been set up.

Our couples with 4x week memberships will pay $200 per person (a $50 savings) and our unlimited couples will pay $225 per person (the 4x week rate!).

Product Information

Supplement Recommendations – Electrolyte Replacements!!! Please make sure that you are replacing the electrolytes you are losing in your work outs. With the 100+ degree temperatures lately, it is critical that you are adding electrolytes during and after your work outs. The two recommendations we have are Rehydrate or coconut water. We sell Rehydrate, it tastes delicious, and it's easy to drink mid-workout. The other option, coconut water, is a good option for those of you that are eating a 100% strict paleo diet.

Is your nutrition supporting your fitness goals? Are you waking up full of energy, ready to tackle your WOD and anything else the day throws at you? If not, it might be time to schedule a nutrition consult! You can't exercise your way out of a bad diet. Schedule time to sit down and discuss your goals with Tamera. In addition to paleo, special diets for food allergies or vegetarian diets can be crafted to help you improve your performance and meet your goals. CrossFit Endurance

Calvin, Rachel, and Jacob are all CrossFit Endurance certified. If you are interested in doing 2-a-days (a CDR wod and endurance wod in the same day) please come talk to us, and we will get you set up on a schedule. CrossFit Endurance can also help you out if you have an endurance goal you would like to meet (Running a 10K, ½ marathon, marathon, triathalon, or Iron Man). We can program your training, the CrossFit way, so you are ready for race day.

Power Lifting

Do you want to get stronger? You are welcome to come to class 30 minutes early to get your powerlifting done before your WOD. Please talk to any of the coaches if you are interested in adding power lifting to your workout regimen.

Any training requires commitment and a strong dedication from the trainer more than the trainee (because he/she can easily give up). I have found that here at CDR. The folks here are extremely motivating, and care about everyone. No body is left behind during the class. As the saying goes, "you get what you put in". Here at CDR they make sure that you "put in". Highly encourage anyone remotely interested to stop by. It is good thing to get hooked on to.

If you're ready to step out of the typical cut-out of the regular gym lifestyle, CDR Crossfit is the place for you. They have a great staff that really take the time to know your name and not forget it. Calvin (one of the coaches), will personally give you a phonecall if he has not seen you, you won't get that type of care and concern anywhere else. It's definitely a community feeling you get once you step in.

I love CDR. When I first decided to give Crossfit a try, I went to three of the closest Crossfits around me for the trial workouts. Needless to say, CDR is the only I didn't get hurt at. The trainers are very good at keeping an eye on you, making sure you do the movements correctly so you don't hurt yourself and modifying your movements if your not able to do them exactly. CDR is also the cleanest one (which was a big deal for me). On top of all of that, they have taught me how to eat better. I've lost 45lbs in the seven months that I've been with CDR. I can easily say that I'm probably the strongest I've ever been. I look forward to my workout days during the week and can't imagine ever quitting CDR.

If you are looking for a transformation, in mind, body and spirit, put away the meal replacement shakes and the cheap gym membership! You will find guidance and support at CDR that is immeasurable and priceless! CrossFit may seems intimidating from the outside, but the skilled coaches and support staff at CDR will guide you toward achievements you never knew you were capable of fulfilling.

Crossfit CDR in Redlands is owned and operated by Calvin and Rachel two of the fittest people in California. I'm sure you've heard about the Crossfit buzz lately. Maybe you've seen the clips on ESPN. Crossfit is functional fitness conducted in a group setting. It is a great fitness program for anyone from a young kid to a grandma. This program will get you results . When you come to Crossfit CDR you are joining a community of people who all have the same goals in mind. People have transformed their bodies and health in ways you cannot even imagine.

There's more than a few choices for doing crossfit in California. Crossfit CDR is top notch. The owners are two of the most passionate and dedicated people in the business. They really care about the members and help them achieve their goals. There's lots of fun things to do besides just workout at their facility. They have Beach and park workouts and nutrition challenges to keep you motivated.

You will almost never do the same workout twice here. Everyday is pretty much different, and you are instructed and coached on how to safely perform all the movements. You do the same workout as everyone else , but at your level. There are people from all walks of life here. Top level athletes, moms, people trying to lose weight, people trying to gain weight and add strength. So what I'm trying to say here is that crossfit is for everyone, including YOU!

The facility is very clean and organized. They have it professionally cleaned twice a day. There's a massage therapist available as well as many other tools to help you succeed in reaching your fitness goals.

Give this place a try. You'll be glad you did.

The CDR community is AMAZING! I have always known that but tonight I experienced it first hand. While everyone in the class was finishing the Wod I still had one more round to go. So I was the only one left working, talk about embarrassing! But then someone came up and said "Brittany, lets finish this...I'll do it with you." And there he was, side by side with me, doing every movement and pushing me along while the rest of the class motivated and cheered me on until the end.

I didn't think I'd find a place to challenge me at this level and very much appreciate it. I like seeing young people and 70 years old's in my class. Calvin and Rachel have done a very good job structuring the classes and making everyone feel like a family. Not even close to the impersonal gym experience.
