One seeks a coach when the individual feels their life is suspended; in limbo. It’s a feeling of being stuck or in a slump. This is exactly when a coach should enter your life. Think of this time as an opportunity to design your future: develop your goals, vision, purpose, destiny.
The quality of coaching varies widely. How would you identify a competent coach or business consultant? Usually on a one to one single interview, you will be able to pick up the “vibe”. Listen to your gut. Ask questions. Listen to the intangible clues that emanate from the dialogue. If not satisfied, pay your initial fee and move on.
Coaching is not a regulated profession and does not require a degree or any formal state certification. However, most individuals go into coaching because of the natural ability to ask the right questions to lead the participant to insight and together to develop success strategies. Your coach should have a high degree of experience and background for the type of coaching you are seeking. Of course, education can pump it up. For these reasons, you are encouraged to “test the water” as you dialogue to determine if it is a good fit for both you and the coach. Love, courage, wisdom cannot be certified by academic degrees

A Discovery session is your first step. This session determines if coaching is a good fit for you. This takes 30 minutes and is $65.00. All other coaching is $98/hr

Mountain West Financial recently utilized the services of Cress Bracci and CB Coaching Strategies for our annual Management Planning Workshop. This yearly event is used to strategize and plan for our best opportunities and action for success during the upcoming year. In the past we have held our workshop in a hotel conference room with the meeting being lead by the senior management and owners of Mountain West.
What a difference location and a change in facilitators made this year! The gorgeous surroundings we enjoyed at Cress Grove seemed to open up our minds and energize our creativity. Working with Cress and her gifted leadership team made a day of hard work feel more like an interesting enjoyable challenge. Each discussion leader brought their own unique talents, gifts and area of expertise to their portion of the workshop.
