About Me
Renee Rojanaro studied music at the University of Redlands where she earned her Bachelor of Music degree in Voice as well as her Masters of Arts degree in Education. She enjoys working as a Band Director for a public school district in Southern California and also offers private voice instruction to students in the Inland Empire.
As a professional vocalist for many years, Renee has worked in various facets of the music industry. Some of her credits include: Television appearances, radio jingles, voice-overs, musical theatre, producing and directing stage shows, and performing for countless audiences across Southern California.
Although Renee has a wide range of musical experience, what she loves most is performing with her jazz band before a live audience as she brings to life those nostalgic torch songs of the 30's and 40's. She is regularly featured in jazz clubs, restaurants, lounges, country clubs and for various private and corporate events.

The previous reviews capture the "Renee Experience" perfectly! Any performance by Renee and her band is a treat that everyone deserves to enjoy over and over again. The songs, their style, her signature sound...delicious!
Renee's performance is polished and oh so classy! Her voice is both flawless and sexy creating an atmosphere that keeps you in your seat wanting the evening not to come to an end. Her music creates an environment that fills the room with energy yet is so personal and charming! I cannot wait to see her perform again!!!!!
She's Like BUTTER!!!! Her band has arrangements that can only be described as SEXY. They are so great to listen to.. totally in the pocket!! Mix that with her ethereal, yet saucy vocals, and its a perfect recipe for a wonderful evening... especially if you're on a date! ;P
.... Oh yeah.. and they put on a Kick Ass show too!!!
It has been my pleasure to see Renee perform several times over the last few months. Each time has been so wonderful! Her smooth voice and elegant style really set a sophisticated musical mood each and every time! She has a beautiful appearance, and is exciting to watch stage. Being a dedicated jazz fan, I see a lot of female jazz vocalists. Many just play old standards without regard to doing anything different. Renee always finds a way of making those fresh and new with cool arrangements played by the high caliber musicians on stage with her.
If you get the chance, make sure you catch a show soon. I'll likely be there watching too.
Renee has performed for the members of Redlands Country Club on a number of occasions. She is so versatile and can accommodate any number of guests. I would recommend her talent for any event needing a lovely singer.
I was so impressed with Renee's beautiful voice and extensive selection of songs. She moves from one genre to another with ease and everyone in the room enjoys every moment right along with her. Whether Renee is on the stage or off, she is warm and has the best smile. Certainly knows how to work a room! Love, love, love her!
Wow, Where do I start. Renee and her band did a great Job. Their sound was smooth and light. Renee's voice was perfect for the crowd of over 440 wine drinkers. Her song list was extensive covering all areas from jazz to top 40. She does great at any venue...
Renee is what I call a "generous" entertainer. She brings herself fully to every song and gives it all to the audience. LOVED seeing her at the UCLA Conference Center this Spring and cannot wait to see her again!
What a great talent! Renee has a great voice, and her timing is killer. She has a natural feel for how the songs need to go. The sets were a wonderful mix of songs. I was impressed! Having a great band behind her doesn't hurt either!

Renee provides a night of 100% entertainment. A charismatic vocalist, a collection of superb songs, combined with an excellent group of jazz musicians, provides for an event full of creativity and heart. You can simply sit back and listen to the soft sounds & sassy lyrics, or jump up and dance. She caters to both reactions.
