Had a wonderful time this evening catching up with a dear friend and enjoying great food and wine at Time in a Bottle courtesy of AboutRedlands.com Enjoyed the wine tasting and the caprese appetizer. Yummy! And, I must admit, the bacon wrapped dates are to DIE FOR! :)

Finally after 5 months, I got to visit. What perfect timing, with a Vaughn Fahie, Jazz Sax player. Paula knows what she's doing in the kitchen & Angel, wow what a mixologist. A master of a variety of cocktails patterned after magnificent food recipes.
I enjoyed an outstanding Sheppard's pie, appetizers & deserts. Worth coming back a bunch more times to enjoy the outstanding atmosphere and food.

The cantaloupe martini blew my mind. Perfect mixture, not too sweet and super smooth.

I don't know what's better - the food, the wine list, or the cocktails! The Lemon Drop Martini is the best I've had in recent history! The private dining experience is totally catered to you and your desires! And the wine list is excellent! I love relaxing and enjoying it all! It's just a great place to be! Thanks, Paula and Angel for setting a standard that is head and shoulders above the rest! We'll be in often!!

Last night I 'dared' to order the salmon special. I say dared because I almost despise fish, especially salmon. HOWEVER, this salmon, wrapped in puff pastry and the sauce alerted my taste buds to renew my thinking about salmon. It was superb! Presentation also superb and the price nice. Very happy camper I am for daring to risk my taste buds.

We prefer having our large meal at lunchtime, and had just arrived home after a week in San Francisco and northern California, so we were looking for a place with good wines and small plates. We were on our way to Romano's, and we passed Time in a Bottle on the way and decided to give it a try. It was quite loud in there, probably because of St. Patrick's Day, but we really enjoyed the zin that we selected, and the variety of small plates was great! I had the cheese puffs with fondue, and my wife enjoyed the proscuito-wrapped asparagus. We spoke with the owner on the way out, and she suggested that Wednesday is a quieter night.
Thanks for letting us know about this place!

This place is cozy and super cute. It's a breath of fresh air from the "bro" scene up the street. This isn't a place to come and party, it is a place to come and enjoy a glass of wine and to relax. The times that I've been here, there have been performers playing all sorts of music...mostly directed at the older crowd. Ex: the eagles, hotel california. Anyway, it was a good time! There were couples young and old dancing and everyone was just having a wonderful time! Their wine selection is extensive and the staff is more than willing to help you select the wine most suited to your palette. I'm not a wine connoisseur so I asked for help picking something and the owner (i'm pretty sure she is the owner) sat with my group and discussed in great detail multiple wines. Thank you! :) oh! They also have blankets on the numerous couches so you can cuddle up with your boo and sip your wine during the colder months.

My girlfriend and I stopped in last night and had the most amazing cheese fondue with apples, pears and bread. Really the best we have ever had. Very friendly server, James, and even though the place was packed we were served very quickly. I recommend it to everyone. A big surprise!

I've been here twice and it was lovely both times. The first time was just me and another friend and it was perfect. They had the option for you to get a 'flight' of tasting wines, which was exactly what I was looking for.

What I will say though is that their food is AMAZING. I absolutely am addicted to the Bree and Apple grilled sandwich - yum!!! Also, their wine selection is great for everyone from my most non-wine drinking husband to our wine-aficionado-subscribing-bottle-of-the-month-club friends who were very surprised with their huge selection. A great find!

We really enjoy this wine bar and love that it is locally-owned by a wonderful couple.

Angel always knows the type of wine we'll like and he is very knowlegeable about their selection. The food is great - we are hooked on their popcorn!!! Also try the hummus which is an interesting take on a classic.

I love that this place is open in the afternoons on the weekends for a nice mid-day treat.

A welcome establishment in Redlands!!

What a wonderful discovery! The mood is set the minute you enter this beautiful atmosphere. I love the menu; so like the trend now to smaller, but elegant selections of hors d'oeuvres, entrees and desserts. The wines, from inexpensive on up, are nicely chosen for quality and variety and all are served in appropriate crystal goblets. I was in the company of knowledgeable friends who enjoyed the experience as much as I did.

I had the BEST experience here. I sat at the bar for the first time and had appetizers paired with wine. The hummus was wonderful independent of the white wine and vise versa. However, together it was the most wonderful experience. In fact, it was as if I was tasting another wonderful culinary dish. I encourage anyone to sit at the bar and have Angel pair your food with wine. It is a unique experience!

Pricey, nice environment, older crowd. The wines we tasted were good, however, they were $10 each. Appetizers were pricey as well. I went at night with a friend, it was Karaoke night and one person dominated the mic, interesting. This place was okay, still on my search for a wine shop in the IE area :)

This is an amazing venue. Paula and Angel are excellent hosts and have a true passion for their business. They hosted my bridal shower this past weekend. We had the entire wine bar to ourselves, they had an excellent assortment of appetizers including cheeses, veggies, fruits, amazing bruschetta, etc. The food was beautifully displayed and well-stocked throughout the party. We were able to preselect bottles of wine for our guests to be served. This made the choices very easy for guests. The service was very friendly and accommodating. They were able to provide everything we needed and ALL of my guests were impressed with the atmosphere, food, and of course the WINE!!! This was a perfect setting for our event and Angel and Paula are such gracious hosts. Truly a wonderful place for special events. Thanks for helping to make my day special!

Loved the fact there is a full service wine bar, food, entertainment and wine...but...the selections of wine were okay and way over priced, and the pour was very small. $17 is a lot for a 2 oz. pour! There was not a lot of variety in the $7-$9 range. There are plenty of good wines out there that can be brought in to serve the purpose of that price point. With Citrone, Joe Greensleeves and Romanos a few doors down, and the Artisian Farm on State St., we have a lot of choice as to where we drink our wine. I am hoping that you will get aligned with them, realize there are more of us out there that will pay $7 for a glass of wine and maybe you will see more regulars coming in. Don't price yourselves out of the market. I am hoping you will listen to an avid wine drinker. I think you will be pleasantly surprised.

I had a very nice experience at Time in a Bottle. As a wine enthusiast, I found the wines excellent, the knowledge superb, and the overall vibe near perfect.

The live music was aptly chosen to reflect the classy mood of the wine bar; mellow, avante garde, and upbeat.

The wines were fabulous. Me and my sister took two bottles home. The Layer Cake Shiraz was our favorite.
