The dinner at Time In A Bottle tonight was BRILLIANT!!!! The Best in town tonight for sure, hands down!!!
.... Broccoli cheese soup and Caesar salad, slow cooked roast with roasted potatoes, spinach & chard with balsamic vinegar, fresh baguette, chocolate cream brule and all paired with a 2002 Sonoma Blend!!! The taste was perfect, the service was perfect and a perfect setting to share with friends!
Heard your crab cakes were the best and came in to try them...Facebook was right on- REALLY great. Thanks from a homesick Marylander.
Love the ambiance, love the escargot, love the chocolate creme brulee, love the edamame, love the jazz, but most of all I LOVE the popcorn. It goes with everything that is offered at the BOTTLE. Paula and Angel, I commend you on running a classy wine lounge and place where we can relax and enjoy the company others. Stay solid!!
Had some friends from out of town with my wife and I this last week to have some late night Chocolate Cream Brulee and some great paring red wine and wow what a treat! The Cream Brulee is the finest we have ever had and what a nightcap! Great taste, great great quality of gourmet food and service!! Thank you Time In A Bottle!
My girlfriend and I stopped in last night and had the most amazing cheese fondue with apples, pears and bread. Really the best we have ever had. Very friendly server, James, and even though the place was packed we were served very quickly. I recommend it to everyone. A big surprise!
I've been here twice and it was lovely both times. The first time was just me and another friend and it was perfect. They had the option for you to get a 'flight' of tasting wines, which was exactly what I was looking for.
What I will say though is that their food is AMAZING. I absolutely am addicted to the Bree and Apple grilled sandwich - yum!!! Also, their wine selection is great for everyone from my most non-wine drinking husband to our wine-aficionado-subscribing-bottle-of-the-month-club friends who were very surprised with their huge selection. A great find!
We are from back East and appreciate your establishment. It is difficult to find a place that offers good Jazz and wine in the area. Thank you!
We really enjoy this wine bar and love that it is locally-owned by a wonderful couple.
Angel always knows the type of wine we'll like and he is very knowlegeable about their selection. The food is great - we are hooked on their popcorn!!! Also try the hummus which is an interesting take on a classic.
I love that this place is open in the afternoons on the weekends for a nice mid-day treat.
A welcome establishment in Redlands!!
What a wonderful discovery! The mood is set the minute you enter this beautiful atmosphere. I love the menu; so like the trend now to smaller, but elegant selections of hors d'oeuvres, entrees and desserts. The wines, from inexpensive on up, are nicely chosen for quality and variety and all are served in appropriate crystal goblets. I was in the company of knowledgeable friends who enjoyed the experience as much as I did.
I had the BEST experience here. I sat at the bar for the first time and had appetizers paired with wine. The hummus was wonderful independent of the white wine and vise versa. However, together it was the most wonderful experience. In fact, it was as if I was tasting another wonderful culinary dish. I encourage anyone to sit at the bar and have Angel pair your food with wine. It is a unique experience!
Pricey, nice environment, older crowd. The wines we tasted were good, however, they were $10 each. Appetizers were pricey as well. I went at night with a friend, it was Karaoke night and one person dominated the mic, interesting. This place was okay, still on my search for a wine shop in the IE area :)
Paula and Angel have a real passion for what they do. They have created a wonderful and relaxing atmosphere. They have a great wine selection and nice variety of beers. The menu is great, I would recommend this place to any one looking for a nice place to get a drink, have a bite to eat and have some good entertainment.
This is an amazing venue. Paula and Angel are excellent hosts and have a true passion for their business. They hosted my bridal shower this past weekend. We had the entire wine bar to ourselves, they had an excellent assortment of appetizers including cheeses, veggies, fruits, amazing bruschetta, etc. The food was beautifully displayed and well-stocked throughout the party. We were able to preselect bottles of wine for our guests to be served. This made the choices very easy for guests. The service was very friendly and accommodating. They were able to provide everything we needed and ALL of my guests were impressed with the atmosphere, food, and of course the WINE!!! This was a perfect setting for our event and Angel and Paula are such gracious hosts. Truly a wonderful place for special events. Thanks for helping to make my day special!
This is an outstanding and special place. It is easy to feel at home here, with a chance to taste some good or great wine and learn lessons about wine tasting and life. Much gratitude.
Loved the fact there is a full service wine bar, food, entertainment and wine...but...the selections of wine were okay and way over priced, and the pour was very small. $17 is a lot for a 2 oz. pour! There was not a lot of variety in the $7-$9 range. There are plenty of good wines out there that can be brought in to serve the purpose of that price point. With Citrone, Joe Greensleeves and Romanos a few doors down, and the Artisian Farm on State St., we have a lot of choice as to where we drink our wine. I am hoping that you will get aligned with them, realize there are more of us out there that will pay $7 for a glass of wine and maybe you will see more regulars coming in. Don't price yourselves out of the market. I am hoping you will listen to an avid wine drinker. I think you will be pleasantly surprised.
I had a very nice experience at Time in a Bottle. As a wine enthusiast, I found the wines excellent, the knowledge superb, and the overall vibe near perfect.
The live music was aptly chosen to reflect the classy mood of the wine bar; mellow, avante garde, and upbeat.
The wines were fabulous. Me and my sister took two bottles home. The Layer Cake Shiraz was our favorite.
European stile setting, very comfortable leather couches. Friendly atmosphere. Their paninies are delicious. Great selection of wines, and excellent service.
They have a great selection and offer a great atmosphere to spend an engaging evening. We really enjoyed our time there.
The customer service is outstanding!
