Country Inn & Suites Is the best hotel around Redlands. The service is great, we had our baseball team there, and they treated us like royalty... They were very accommodating and the prices were right their, if not better than their competitors. Our favorite part was the made to order omelets... Beth the Sales Manager is great with group requests; she was very helpful and easy going. We all had a great time, Thanks Country Inn & Suites staff for making our stay great!

We were pleased with the staff and service of Country Inn & Suites
We were doing a pilot for a reality show, and the pilot had to do with giving a couple their "dream wedding". On December 14th the couple won a 3 day 2 night stay at Country Inn. Staff management gave the couple the 2 story Champagne Suite, which also included an in room spa. The service was excellent and the couple was very pleased with their room. Thank you Country Inn & Suites for a pleasant stay and for being an A + vendor for Down And Out Weddings. We have your hotel in all our advertising and also in the credits of the pilot. Thank you and keep up the good work!!

We had a wonderful evening. It was perfect timing for our retreat. The Country Inn was quite comfortable and the person manning the front desk was particularly gracious and friendly.

Dinner at Isabella's was very special: from the menu specially chosen for us to the excellent service. We were treated to an delicious 5 course meal. We finished with what must be the best creme brulee in town.

When we returned to our room, a gorgeous flower arrangement and delectable treats awaited us.

Thank you and Redlands online so much for this spectacular Redlands retreat. It was a great opportunity to enjoy what we have in "our town."

We never saw our housekkeeping staff member, but each time we put the light on, our room was quickly put back in order and tidy again. Also, our breakfast server was very friendly, and had a large crowd to keep up with on graduation weekend.

For the price we paid we felt this was a tremendous bargain. The rooms were huge and the desk staff were extremely upbeat and friendly. The girls that were on the front desk Friday night and Saturday and Sunday really made us welcome. I only wish we could find a Country Inn and Suites everywhere we travel with our soccer team. A FIRST RATE EXPERIENCE!

The manager was great but the person who stood out he most was the outstanding Lina she was smiling she was very helpful and familiar with the city . Gave great directions was awesome in aiding us in our family trip we drove 3 hours from Camp Pendleton and you guys were a wonderful pit stop on the way back home. I would recommend your hotel to everyone on the Camp Pendleton Military base.

We were staying here at this beautiful hotel for a wedding. These employees did EVERYTHING they could to make me and my guests comfortable. They allowed us to bring stuff down the night before(decorations) for the reception and held it in the storage room so we would not have to make two trips down the cajon pass. The hotel was beautiful and we so enjoyed our stay.

We frequent the Country Inn & Suites, Redlands a lot because the medical center and through the years as I continue to go to the medical center for surgeries. This property is the best. it was always way beyond our expectation. I call the hotel directly to make reservations and usually requests a wing opposite the pool and on the ground floor because I am usually recovering from surgery. The staff is always so friendly and accommodating that she was able to check in early. I wanted to bring special attention to Donna Jutkins, the General Manager. We have been staying there for so many years that we remember when Donna was at the front desk. I knew Donna would move up in the ranks because she is deserving of it. Donna is awesome and treats her staff well and makes them feel warm and welcome so the staff in return treat the customers so well. I am also impressed with Lina and all of her help. I have the utmost respect for Donna and her staff at the Country Inn to everyone behind the scenes in the breakfast and at the hotel. The Country Inn and Suites, Redlands should use the Redlands staff as a training center to teach other hotels how to treat their customers.

My wife and I stayed 6 days at the Country Inn and Suites. First and foremost the staff; I had the most contact with your front desk employees. During our stay I had dealings with Lina, Nina, and Kenny. I can not express how helpful and professional they were. We had to change rooms after our first day and Lina took care of us and insured we were happy. Serveral times we though we were leaving only to find our we had to stay longer and Nina & Kenny took good care of us. You see these folds often and they represent the hotel in an excellent fashion.

The Inn was very clean and the grounds quite attractive. There are several other places to stay in the area and we were lucky to have choose the Country Inn & Suites. Actually the property was recommended to us and we will now do the same.

After our wonderful evening out on the town, we checked into our room at the Country Inn & Suites. We were greeted fondly and enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, up-to-date and welcoming.
