William D. Hatfield
Bill has been in the automotive business full time since 1975 after graduating from the University Of Redlands. Bill follows in his Fathers and Grandfathers footsteps by becoming the 3rd generation to be in the auto business in Redlands. He currently is active on the Redlands Community Hospital Board of Directors, Redlands Rotary and Board of Trustees of the A.K. Smiley Public Library. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the Southern California Buick and GMC Dealer Associations. Bill is married and has 2 daughters.

If I could give them 10 stars, I would. I've spent a month looking for a car, probably talking to more than 50+ dealers all over California. When I say this was the best one I dealt with, it would be an understatement. Rod, the sales manager, answered my questions over the phone, and then met me out in the parking lot when we arrived at the dealership after a 75 mile one way drive. It was no pressure, and "the way car buying should be" as Rod says. We put a deposit down, and came back a few days later to finalize. Rod even came in later after the dealership closed to close everything out and sign the paperwork since we lived so far away and couldn't get there during business hours.
This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I'd drive out there again the next time to buy a vehicle. This dealership should be giving others out there classes on how to sell cars and win customers over. Two thumbs up!
