Recently a number of local businesses have been the target of the threat of costly lawsuits or actual settlements brought on by attorneys who have identified ADA infractions, large or small. The ensuing results have cost businesses significant amounts of time and money in some instances well over $15,000.00 without ever ending up in court.

Most recently the target has been disable parking spaces and the appropriate signage.
