Wild Rocket Seasonal Mixology
Euca vesicaria (L.) Cav. Ssp. Sativa, also called Eruca Sativa Mill. One of three species of the genus Eruca, it is an annual from S. Europe. In addition to being cultivated in North America it reseeds here, in some cases weedily. It is often called Rocket, period, as if it was the only plant with that name. Other names include: Roquette (French), Rucola (Italian), Rauke (German), Arugula (Italian), Garden Rocket, and Salad Rocket.
Sage Heaven: Fresh sage, along with fresh raspberries, fresh squeezed lemon juice, and agave nectar muddled together and accompanied by Bulleit Bourbon and poured over ice with fresh blackberries as a garnish. It’s heaven in a glass. 8
The Wild Rocket: This is our Signature Cocktail. We take ½ cup of fresh arugula AKA the Wild Rocket, and muddle it with fresh lime juice and agave nectar. We then add Hendrick’s Gin or Ketel One Vodka. Truly a must try. 9
Eastside Jenny Cocktail:Fresh Persian cucumbers muddled with mint leaves, fresh Lime juice, agave nectar, and Hendrick’s Gin. A true American classic. 7

Finally got to eat at Wild Rocket! It was delicious!! I live me some grits!
My wife and I enjoyed the ambience, the food and the great attitude of the servers. The wine and beer were exceptional. The small plate concept is perfect and injects a degree of fun into the dining experience.
I expect over time the Wild Rocket will become a Redlands classic.
I heard about this place from a few friends. It replaced the Asian fusion restaurant Mikan that was in its location. The lay out is a bar in the middle and the sitting surrounds the bar. The decor is very classy.
The beer menu is seasonal and frequently rotates. The best part is the craft selection and the price. Every beer is $5 -6. If you can not decide then you can get a tasting flight of 3 beers. The cocktails look very interesting with many using arugula or wild rocket in them. Also they have a variation of a mojito with berries in it that looks good. I will have to return to try them.
The food is served in a tapas method. Each plate had a small, easy split portion on it. The Kobe sliders are served as two small burgers. However they are very filling. The macaroni and cheese is amazing and the cheese sauce would be good with anything. The Apple smoked dates are great but you only get four dates.
Service is decent, they could get the drinks out quicker. The orders come out quick.
Because of the format this place would be amazing for dates but not good for families as because of the portions.
I will be coming back, for the food is amazing.
Lobster Ravioli is awesome! The fillet skewers are tender and seasoned just right. The Blue lip mussels were great. Don't share it, you'll want it all for yourself. The Berry Cobbler was perfect, not overly sweet and the Vanilla bean ice cream was delicious! I almost forgot, the Berry Basil Mojito is my fave drink there.
My wife and I wanted to try something different in Redlands. Well, we found it!
It was a soft opening, but if this is a sample of whats to come its pretty darn good.
We started off with the tots(awesome) and a couple cocktails. For the main I went with the pork tenderloin, potato cakes, asparagus, and my wife(vegan) had a pear salad and more tots(awesome). Everything came out quick and the portions were perfect. They had a good craft beer selction, and they have this tasty martini that is rimmed with mexican lucas candy. I can't wait to try the rest of the menu
