Increase or decrease bra size in 6 seconds

Question: I have small boobs, and I am thinking of getting implants. Do you have any recommendations?
Question: I have considered breast reduction surgery. Can you recommend a good plastic surgeon?

Mimi: I have a list of professionals that I refer my friends to. But before having surgery, try some Hollywood techniques.
For a more voluptuous look, put on your bra hooked as snuggly as is comfortable. You want a bra with an ample cup. Now lean forward at the waist. Reach your right hand into your bra under your left arm. Have your fingers pointing toward your backbone. With that hand, firmly pull all the flesh that you can from your back and under arm into the bra cup. Reach through the bra, over your breast to your waist with your fingers pointing to your waist. Pull all the flesh that you can from your midriff up into the bra cup.

Now do the same on the other side. By positioning the flesh into the cup, you have now filled your cup, maybe to overflowing. Look in the mirror and position your nipples where they should be.

If you want décolleté where you think that you don’t have any for wearing a low cut dress, stand naked from the waist up in front of a mirror. With duct tape start at your waist. Stick the tape on your skin just to the side of your navel and pull it up, pulling flesh from your midriff up with it. When you get to your breast, lift the breast and pull it in toward your breastbone. Lift and push in with the tape. Go along side of the nipple. Continue up to the shoulder, lifting and pulling. Then come down to the waist in the back.

This is easier if somebody else wields the tape while you lift and control the breast to put it where you want it. Then do the other side. Some people stop the tape at the shoulder, but if you come down the back to the waist, the lift will last better and be more comfortable. You now have cleavage.
Stand up straight. Imagine that there is a string attached to your sternum (breast bone). An angel is holding the string taut. Push your shoulders back and down. Tuck under your tush and pull your tummy in and up. Proper posture will create an elegant look that actually increases the visual impact of your bosom.

There is a plethora of lovely bras for small-busted women. Try on The Wonder Bra. Try gel inserts. A molded cup gives shape even for flat-chested women. The most natural look in a padded bra for most is padding at the outside bottom edges of the bra—the ever famous Push Up Bra. Try taking those shoulder pads that you removed from your 80s dresses and put them in the lower, outer quadrant of the bra.

For oversized breasts, you want to hide bosom flesh in the same places that the small-busted woman took hers from. Put on your bra. You want one with a smaller cup than usual. After hooking the bra, lie down on the bed, face up. Lift the edges of the bra and jiggle. Some of the flesh that is in the cup will slide under the arm. This will hide it and prevent it from sticking out in front. The result can be a two-cup size decrease.

If the weight of full bosoms causes shoulder and back aches, get massages to alleviate the discomfort. Stand up straight with your shoulders back and down and your bottom tucked under, just as your ballet teacher taught you. Proper posture will reduce the strain on your back and shoulders. Search until you find a comfortable bra with wide straps.
